A new 15,000 SF manufacturing annex building is being constructed adjacent to former Pratt & Whitney manufacturing buildings to expand Connecticut River Academy’s high school manufacturing program. The site design includes a 16-foot-high Fallen Star Memorial sculpture and plaza, an outdoor education space, and trolley shuttle drop-off, with integrated pedestrian and vehicular circulation connecting to the main Goodwin College campus. The building is carefully sited to maximize visibility from Route 2 and the main campus, while accommodating future expansion of Riverside Drive.
