Central Connecticut State University’s new $82 million, 8-story, 220,000 SF residence hall was designed to house over 600 students and includes Residence Life offices and campus-wide meeting spaces. Freeman provided comprehensive survey support services for the project, working closely with Dimeo Construction Company to ensure precise execution. Scope of work included building stakeout, layout of 305 concrete piles, survey control, and stakeout for steam lines and plumbing, with accuracy maintained through continuous field supervision. Freeman’s strong working relationship with Dimeo contributed to the project’s successful delivery.
