The Arrowhead Redevelopment Project, part of the “Salvin Block” in Hartford’s Arrowhead Gateway area, is a key initiative linking Downtown Hartford with Main Street, Albany Avenue, and the historic Clay-Arsenal neighborhood. Freeman is leading a site-specific plan in support of the City’s goals for economic development, housing, and place-making. The Arrowhead Flatiron Residential Redevelopment spans four lots on Ann Uccello Street and includes renovations, a new structure, and an addition—encompassing the Flatiron Building, the Co-Op Building, and two vacant parcels.
