The Ann Uccello Streetscape project will create a new urban plaza and streetscape, extending the right-of-way of Ann Uccello Street within the Arrowhead Development. Improvements will also enhance approximately 300 linear feet of the east side of High Street and 150 linear feet of the west side of Main Street in Hartford, Connecticut. The project will include streetscape layout, preliminary drainage improvements, and signing and pavement marking plans. Design elements may feature an urban plaza, site amenities, accessible sidewalks, curb cuts, street trees, landscaping, catch basin modifications, ornamental lighting, streetscape furniture, and coordination with utility companies. Freeman is also contracted for the design and engineering of the neighboring Arrowhead development to provide a full comprehensive design approach for the City.
