Project Engineer:


  • Registered Professional Engineer
  • BS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with progressive responsibility (10+ years preferred)
  • Design experience with a variety of materials, including steel, concrete, masonry and wood
  • Excellent client service record and communications skills
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
  • Familiarity with Revit Structural and/or AutoCAD
  • Proven ability to think critically and provide support to multiple project teams simultaneously
  • Business development/marketing experience is preferred


  • Independently handle a wide variety of structural engineering assignments
  • Assure technical quality and manage schedule and budget for assigned projects
  • Assist in supervision and development of junior staff
  • Work with department manager to build and maintain departmental staff, library and resources
  • Work with project managers to ensure effective and timely delivery of structural design
  • Collaborate with principals, project managers, and clients to prepare and participate in project proposals and interviews as requested
